Artesian Loft is a flexible loft venue defined by open-plan industrial proportions.

Design: Interior brickwork and exposed structural columns give the venue a raw, industrial character. Large mullioned windows supply daylight and track and pendant lights provide even evening illumination.

Features: On-site Wi-Fi and climate-controlled air conditioning support presentations and all-day comfort. Wall-mounted display and permission to play own music are available, and movable tables plus lounge sofas allow flexible layouts. Accessibility features include level access and accessible toilets.

I really liked the venue, location, and how flexible the manager of the space was. He was willing to let me adjust the time several times which was very helpful.
The only thing I would change would be for the coordinator to discuss procedures ahead of time. Maybe a print out would be helpful. He communicated the day of, while I was trying to set up and was busy which made it a little difficult. If this was printed somewhere it would just make everything a little more seamless. I would also not recommend the space for large events due to all the other lofts/neighbors nearby. We had the music fairly low and only had 40 people and the neighbors still seemed bothered by it- this was a little frustrating because its advertised as an event space.

At first, we were hopeful because they were responding quickly, but then they ultimately stopped when asked to see the space. We went to check out the surroundings, and we were hopeful because it had some decent parking spaces for our guests. But there was no response after reaching out twice. Sad that we went for another space, but this would have been a great space if we had actually seen it.
