About this space
Our 1700-square-foot modular area has an industrial style and is furnished with all the technical requirements for seamless presentations, meetings and other special occasions.
It is an excellent option for off-site corporate retreats and meetings because of its accessible Chicago location and the availability of free street parking.
For further convenience, we have a 600-square-foot coach house with an additional bathroom and small kitchenette, which can be utilized for break-out sessions, vending tables, or as a "green room" for presenters and event support.
Having previously catered several dinners, our complete kitchen is ready to manage the catering needs of the majority of occasions. Additionally, we can connect you to some of our favorite regional caterers and offer coffee service for up to 50 guests upon request.
Prices
1. Arriving before your booking begins or staying past your checkout time costs 1.5x the normal rate in increments of 30 minutes.
2. Use of a fryer or frying oil indoors without proper ventilation is $750.
3. Broken equipment may incur a charge.
4. Improperly disposed trash is $350.

After your event, please return the space to the configuration you found it in, broom clean.
No noise or amplified music after 9 pm w/out prior request.
No smoking.
No fryers are allowed indoors.
Dispose of food garbage properly.
No loitering or loading in front of the building next door.
Broken equipment may incur a charge.
The patio is also part of your rental. It can be set up as a smoking area.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
