About this space
Our 10,000 sq. ft. studio on Chicago's West Side has been used as a stage and location for 100's of shoots. Equipped with a 30ft. cyclorama, this space accommodates motion and still shoots of any size.

Host rules
Weekday rentals are a minimum of 4 hours. Weekend rentals are minimum 6 hours. For ALL shoots exceeding 10 hours, there is an additional $25/hour for each hour of overtime. Rental does not include any lighting, grip or production gear, all available for rent separately. Renter must submit a Certificate of Insurance for general Commercial General Liability with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 at least 24 hours before rental period begins. Furniture and decorations may be moved, if you would like to use our furniture or props on screen there will be a rental fee per item. Smoke machines are allowed, Nudity is allowed.

* Includes use of 3 six foot tables, 3 director's chairs, 6 folding chairs, clothing rack
* Rentals available for lighting, grip, additional production supplies and scenic flats
* Smoking patio right off the stage
* 2nd floor walk up, no elevator
* Ample free street parking. public transportation: 4 blocks from Kedzie Green Line, adjacent to Kedzie Metra UP-W line
The Studio Manager will be onsite all day for every rental. In-house and freelance crew referrals available upon request. Please confirm cyc needs including backdrop color before booking. Fresh coat of paint is available for extra charge if requested 48 hours in advance. This space is not a dedicated sound stage, stair access only. Additional lighting and grip rental list available upon request.
