Black Label Reception – $92/pp: 8 selections (includes sliders or steak), ~15 pieces/guest, extended service, dedicated coordinator. All-inclusive luxury.
Carbon Classic Dinner – $89/pp: Family-style with salad, pasta, NY Strip, shared dessert. 12+ guests.
Carbon Signature Dinner – $129/pp: Caviar bumps, two salads, two small plates, pasta, Australian Wagyu Ribeye, shared dessert. 12+ guests.

Host rules
• All events must be coordinated through a Carbon event manager and approved prior to the event date.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted. All catering and bar service must be provided by Carbon.
• Decorations, signage, balloons, confetti, glitter, wall attachments, or open flames are not permitted without prior approval. Nothing may be affixed to walls, ceilings, furniture, or fixtures.
• DJs, performers, photographers, or external vendors must be approved in advance and follow venue sound and equipment guidelines.
• Events must end at the agreed contracted time. Music volume and programming are subject to venue and city regulations.
• Carbon reserves the right to maintain standard restaurant and nightlife operations in areas not included in the private event buyout.
• Guests must follow all staff and security instructions. Disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or underage drinking will result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
• The host is responsible for any damage caused by guests or vendors. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
• Alcohol service follows Illinois liquor laws. Valid government-issued ID is required. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
