About this space
This loft has a capacity of up to 30 people and can accommodate photo, film and webinar shoots, interviews and other productions.
Along with the open space, there is a kitchen area with fridges, an island and a sink, as well as a back room. We also have additional props to choose from.

West Loop Loft with Vintage & Ethnic Furnishings and West Loop Loft Space with Beautiful Vintage Furniture & Unique Artwork:
• No smoking in the building.
• We can help you with your catering needs but you can also order food from the outside.
• We do not have a license to serve alcohol but you can BYOB or if it's a larger group, the caterer can provide a bartender.
• We have a loading dock for loading in your gear.
• Furniture and decorations may be moved. We do not remove furniture from the building but it can be shifted from one section of the floor to another. Most wall decorations can be removed.
• No smoke machines allowed.
• No nudity allowed.
West Loop Open Loft Space:
• We do request that no smoking take place in our space or outside of the front doors.
• Basic cleaning will be handled by our staff.
• Alcohol may be consumed on site as long as all attendees are 21+ and drink responsibly.
• Simple catering or food is allowed.
• The venue is available for guests aged 10 and older.
