Host rules
No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
All social events at residential spaces must start prior to 9:00 pm and end no later than 12:00 am (local time), inclusive of set-up and clean-up time.
Large events require hired security.
Clean-up and return the space to original state.
Your setup and clean-up should be done within the rental time, not coming in before and staying late.
Extra fees apply when staying past booked time.
Furniture can be moved by the host upon request.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
About Eskell
Eskell is located at 2029 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60647 United States. The space has high ceilings, lots of different corners and bright natural light! It also has a raised lofted space above the main floor.
There are massive light fixtures, track lights along each side of the room, terracotta cement floors, shelving fixtures, plenty of small and interesting oddments and conversation pieces. There is also a roomy bathroom and separate kitchen area. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and sink. There is no oven or stove.
