The indoor taproom at St. Elmo Springdale is a bright, modern space with high ceilings, polished concrete floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the brewery. The layout includes community tables, high-tops, and bar seating - ideal for team events, happy hours, and private celebrations. Guests can enjoy house-made drinks and food from on-site trucks, Spicy Boys and Pueblo Viejo; outside catering is not permitted.

In additional to our craft beer and cider made on site, we offer wine, seltzer cocktails, and a full coffee menu all day. We are unable to serve spirits and are not allowed to have outside alcohol brought in (even by an outside catering team) due to TABC permitting. We do not allow outside catering, but food and catering options are available from our on-site food trucks; Spicy Boys and Pueblo Viejo.
