The Graeber exceeded expectations and was the perfect setting for our event. The property offers a unique combination of historic charm, modern amenities, and flexible event space that made hosting a large group feel effortless. The home itself is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed. Guests were immediately impressed upon arrival, and the venue created a memorable first impression that elevated the entire experience. The indoor and outdoor spaces flowed seamlessly, allowing guests to move naturally throughout the property and enjoy different environments throughout the evening. A special thank you to Tabitha and the Lodgewell team for their responsiveness, professionalism, and support throughout the planning process. Communication was clear from beginning to end, and every question or request was addressed promptly. Their partnership helped ensure a smooth execution on event day. The location was convenient for guests, parking was manageable, and the venue accurately reflected everything represented in the listing. The property photographed beautifully and provided countless opportunities for guests to gather, connect, and enjoy the evening. We hosted more than 100 attendees throughout the event and consistently received positive feedback regarding the space, atmosphere, and overall experience. Many guests specifically commented on how unique the venue felt compared to traditional event spaces. I would absolutely recommend The Graeber for private events, corporate gatherings, networking experiences, celebrations, and community activations. We look forward to working with the team again in the future.
Very little to note. The property is a historic home, so guests should be mindful that it offers a different experience than a traditional commercial event venue. That uniqueness is part of its appeal. Overall, the experience was overwhelmingly positive, and the venue delivered exactly what we hoped for.
