Renting The Ballroom comes with use of this main indoor space, the front patio, our green room / prep area, and our main bar.
The Ballroom has a built in stage (16' Wide x 13' Deep x 8' to Ceiling. Stage is 2'2" off ground level), as well as sound booth and fully staffed bar. Velvet curtains cover a built-in projector screen behind the stage. Guests may connect to our projector via HDMI either directly from stage or from the sound booth.
All rentals include an AV technician to manage any use of the projector, microphones, and lighting. We host many concerts and comedy events, so our staff is fully equipped to work with any live entertainment you might be bringing to your event.
There are two entrances to our front patio, where smoking is allowed. The Ballroom also has chairs, tables, and black table cloths available for use. We hire professional cleaners before and after events to make sure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained.

Smoking on the patio only. No outside drinks may be brought into the venue. Outside catering is ok. No alcohol sales allowed after 2am. Damages to the building may lead to extra charges. Use of confetti or glitter bombs may lead to extra cleaning charges. No open flames in the building. The venue must be notified of tech needs in advance to ensure our staff and equipment meet expectations. Deposit due at time of confirmation, and will be nonrefundable in case of cancellation within 30 days of the event date. We are an all-ages venue, but guests under 13 will need to be accompanied by a parent of guardian.
