* No smoking inside; permitted only on front porch and backyard deck
* No parties, events, loud music, glitter, or paint allowed

* Do not tamper with smoke detectors or cameras
* No outside furniture without approval
* Lost items will incur a return fee plus shipping
* Trash pickup is Tuesday; bins must go out Monday night or early Tuesday
* Late checkout only with written approval and hourly fee
* Additional cleaning fees apply for excessive mess or damage
