Rules of the space

Host rules

General Conduct
• No glitter, confetti, powders, or materials that require extensive or specialized cleaning.
• Do not modify, tape, pin, drill, or attach anything to the walls—no exceptions.
• Do not remove, relocate, or take any studio items (props, décor, equipment, etc.) outside the space.

Furniture and Studio Care
• Please do not lean on, touch, or pull down the umbrellas or flower baskets.
• Please return all furniture and props to their original placement at the end of your booking.
• Do not drag furniture. Lift and carry items to avoid damage to floors and walls.
• Handle all studio equipment with care.
• Please be mindful of noise levels and music volume, as we share the building with neighboring suites.
• Security cameras must be kept plugged in and accessible for the duration of your session. Please do not unplug or move. Unplugging will result in a fee.

Cleaning and Departure
• Please leave the space as you found it.
• Place all trash in the provided trash can before departure.
• Remove all personal belongings at the end of your reservation.
• There are Lysol wipes and cleaning supplies located on the hanger rack

Fees and Damages
• Additional cleaning or repair fees will be charged if the space is left excessively dirty or if any damage occurs.
• Any unapproved use of the space, overtime, or violation of studio rules may result in added charges.

Additional Guidelines
• No smoking, vaping, or use of open flames inside the studio.
• No alcohol or illicit substances unless explicitly approved in writing beforehand.
• No pets unless requested and approved in advance.
• Your booking time includes setup and teardown, so please schedule accordingly.
• Only the number of guests included in your booking are allowed in the space unless approved.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
