Our two-level home has modern amenities suitable for photo shoots, movies, and events. The interior includes white walls, a kitchen with basic features, and bedrooms that can be set up as needed. The bathrooms and other rooms offer flexible use.
The property includes a front porch with rocking chairs and a backyard with patio furniture. The home can accommodate up to 15 people, providing space for indoor and outdoor activities.

Host rules
No smoking in the building. There will be a fee of $1000 if you smoke inside the house.
There will be a $500 fee if you have pets inside of the house. If you have a service animal please provide proper paperwork of proof of the animal being a service pet and there will be a $150 pet fee. However, for the comfort of future guests and hygiene purposes, animals are NOT allowed on our furnishings or in our beds. Substantial extra charges will apply if this occurs.
Blankets are the property of the owner and are of course provided for your comfort while you are visiting. If any are missing after checkout, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
If any major damages are done to the property, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. You will be responsible for the damages if they exceed the security deposit cost.
No loud music.
