You’ll have access to the full home, including an outdoor space with a private deck and backyard. The house offers neutral tones, a living room, a kitchen, and 3 bedrooms.
The yard offers natural tree cover and filtered daylight. It is ideal for outdoor shooting or transitions between indoor and exterior setups. This area is best suited for photo and video shoots. No events or parties permitted.

House Rules
* The person booking must be present at all times. No exceptions. Violation will result in immediate termination and no refund.
* All guests must read and follow these rules.
* Only the booking guest may contact us during the stay.
* No smoking inside. Smoking is allowed only on the front porch or backyard deck. Smoking indoors will result in a fine.
* Do not tamper with smoke detectors. Fines apply per device.
* No pets, grilling, or indoor smoking without written approval. Service animals must be approved before check-in.
* Leave all remotes and batteries in the property. Missing items will be fined per piece.
* No parties or events. Extra guests are allowed within reason. No loud music or indoor smoking. Violations result in termination and no refund.
* No glitter or paint allowed inside. Fines apply if found.
* Do not bring in outside furniture without prior approval.
* Security cameras are active. Do not cover or block them. Doing so may result in fines and booking termination.
* Late check-out must be approved in writing. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, then hourly fees apply.
* Lost items can be returned for a handling fee plus shipping. Please check the property thoroughly before checking out.
* Trash day is Tuesday. If staying during this time, put bins on the sidewalk Monday night or Tuesday morning. A fee applies if trash is left behind.
* Maintenance is available:
Mon–Fri: 8am–8pm EST
Sat: 9am–5pm EST
Sun: Based on contractor availability
Issues reported after hours will be addressed the next day.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
