This space is a U-shaped cyclorama wall for photography and video production.
The wall is 25 x 30 x 25 ft (750 sq ft) and is painted all white. The set does not include lighting.
The U-shaped Cyc wall is perfect for commercial film production, as well as music videos, or photo shoots.
No smoking is permitted in the building.
Food and beverages are not permitted on the cyc wall.

Outside catering is allowed.
Outside bartending is allowed with required licenses submitted at least 7 days prior to the event.
No smoking or hookah in the building, however, this is permitted with the rental of outdoor spaces.
No nudity in the building.
No outdoor music is permitted after 11 pm.
No tacking, stapling or taping of decoration to the walls is permitted.
No permanent changes to the space are permitted.
Candles are permitted in votive holders only.
All bookings will be required to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form for the purpose of possible damages to the space. A refundable damage deposit may also be required.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
