The space includes a dedicated presentation and performance area, corner lounge set, tables and chairs, projector, PA system, live and digital mixers, two wired microphones, speakers and customizable lighting. Guests also have access to a private restroom and changing area.
The open floor plan can be arranged in theater, classroom, conversation-circle or open social layouts to suit your event.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the studio or building.
• Guests are responsible for removing all personal items, food, drinks, decorations, and trash before leaving. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning and studio reset only.
• Furniture, props, speakers, microphones, tables, and equipment must be returned to their original place after use unless otherwise approved.
• No nails, screws, paint, glitter, confetti, open flames, candles, fog machines, or anything that may damage the walls, floors, furniture, or equipment.
• Guest count must stay within the approved booking capacity. Additional guests must be approved in advance.
• Setup and breakdown time must be included within the booked rental time. Overtime may be charged if guests stay beyond the scheduled booking.
• A creative assistant will be on-site for access, AV basics, setup questions, and general support.
