Venue and catering was nice
Ajay is the most unprofessional and problematic venue manager I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across.
We paid our deposit as requested. We then receive an email some days later telling us there was another tentative booking on our date.
After sending proof that our booking was already confirmed as we had paid the deposit - he proceeded to send a message making a false statement that we had paid after he had notified us of the tentative booking!
I honestly couldn’t believe it as all the banking evidence confirmed when the payment had been made and when it was received by their bank.
The strangest and most unprofessional part was that he ignored all further requests for apology or explanation.
I kept asking where I make a formal complaint and he stated that he was the only person to complain to.
Truly bizarre behaviour- however our actual event went off without a hitch so for that I am thankful.
If you book this venue and Ajay turns up to serve you please request another member of staff to save any heartache!
We’ll be pursuing our formal complaint.

Worst Event Venue Experience!
Unresponsive Management
- The general manager, Ajay, was highly unresponsive after we paid the deposit. Whenever we had inquiries, he promised to get back to us but rarely did. My husband and I had to constantly chase him for answers, adding unnecessary stress to our already busy schedules.
Frustrating Issues
Food Tasting
- Ajay only allowed us to have the food tasting a month before the wedding, which was highly inconvenient.
Menu and Table Numbers
-We were not provided with a menu or table numbers and had to design and print them ourselves.
Decoration Confusion
- Ajay initially confirmed that the Tiffany chair decorations were included. However, just a day before our wedding, we were informed they were not. Thankfully, I anticipated this and arranged my own decorations.
Day-of Event Problems
- On the wedding day, the food arrangement did not match the sequence of the menu, resulting in a series of salty dishes that left a bad impression on our guests. Additionally, the waiter/waitress only started pouring water during the last course, forcing some guests to get up and ask for water themselves.
Conclusion
This venue was a disaster from start to finish, turning what should have been a joyous occasion into a stressful ordeal.
