Rules of the space

Host rules

1. Footwear Policy
- Dance-Specific Footwear Only: Only clean, non-marking dance shoes are permitted on the dance floor.
- No Street Shoes: Street shoes must be removed before entering the studio space. Outdoor dirt and debris damage the floors and pose safety hazards.
- No Heeled Shoes (unless approved): Tap or character shoes may be allowed with prior written approval. Heel protectors may be required.
- Barefoot Dancing: Barefoot or socks are permitted unless prohibited by specific class rules.

2. Studio Cleanliness
Please clean up after your rental. This includes:
- Picking up trash, water bottles, or personal items.
- Wiping up any spills or sweat.
- Putting furniture or props back where you found them.
- A cleaning fee may be charged if the studio is left in poor condition.

3. Food and Drink
- Water only is allowed inside the dance space.
- No food, gum, or sticky drinks inside the studio.
- Food/snacks must be consumed in designated areas only.

4. Use of Space
- Renters must start and end on time, including setup and breakdown.
- Do not use any equipment, props, or sound systems without prior permission.


5. Liability and Safety
- Renters are responsible for the safety and conduct of all participants.
- Any damage to the floors, mirrors, walls, or equipment must be reported immediately and may be subject to repair fees.

All participants must sign a waiver if required by the studio.

6. Behavior and Conduct
- No smoking, vaping, or alcohol is allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
- Renters must ensure that all children are supervised at all times.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
