3. Decorations must be approved by the venue management. No nails, tapes, or adhesives that could damage surfaces are allowed.
4. The venue should be left in the same condition as when rented. Any damage to the property will incur repair costs.
5. The renter is responsible for the safety and conduct of their guests.
6. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may result in forfeited payments.
