To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all, please take note of the following:
No smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
No external catering – Outside food services or catering setups are not allowed.
Secure the premises – Lock the front door if no one is present during the shoot.
Restore the space – All furniture and items must be returned to their original positions after use.
Clean up after use – Please leave the space tidy and clean.
Damages – If anything is broken or damaged, please inform us by the end of the shoot.
Large or fragile items – Planning to move breakables like the TV or glass items? Let us know in advance.
Temporary installations – Please inform us ahead of time if you plan to install any props or fixtures.
Use of kitchen appliances – Kindly notify us before using any appliances.
Overtime – Let us know early if you expect to go over time. Overtime is charged at S$100/hour (or S$150/hour after 10:00 PM).
Cancellations – Please cancel at least 3 days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
