This well-equipped studio is ideal for dance, fitness classes, and workshops, featuring a 9m by 6m space that supports a variety of group activities. It can accommodate up to 25 people for dance or fitness sessions, and up to 12 for yoga. The studio includes a sound system, whiteboard, projector with screen, and a 65” TV to enhance your sessions. Please be aware that a cleaning fee will apply if food or drinks are brought into the studio.

🚭 No smoking anywhere within the premises
🥤 No food or drinks (except bottled water) inside the studio space
⏰ Booking includes setup and teardown time – please be punctual and vacate the space by the end of your slot
🚪 Do not leave studio doors propped open
🧼 Return the space as you found it – all props, equipment, and furniture must be restored to their original position
🍷 No alcohol is permitted in the space
🚫 No touching or using studio equipment (e.g., lights, storage, props) unless given explicit permission
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
