Our studio has a specially designated shooting area (3m x 6-10m), dynamic fabric ceiling lights, LED screen, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Host rules

1. Usage of Space
• The space is to be used strictly for event purposes only.
• No illegal activities, smoking, or open flames are allowed within the premises.
• The client is responsible for the behavior of all guests and vendors.
• The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required after the event.

2. Timing
• The booking duration includes setup and teardown time.
• Additional charges will apply for exceeding the booked time slot.

3. Decorations & Setup
• Decorations must not damage the walls, floors, or fixtures.
• No drilling, nailing, or sticking of heavy adhesives on any surface.

4. Liability & Insurance
• The venue shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the client, guests, or vendors.
• Clients are advised to obtain their own insurance coverage if necessary.

5. Cleaning
• The space must be left in its original condition.
• All trash must be disposed of in designated bins.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left dirty or messy.
