Booking & Studio Access
• All sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance.
• Please arrive at your confirmed booking time. Early access cannot be guaranteed.
• Booking time includes arrival, setup and departure, so please keep within your reserved session.
• Only the number of guests stated in the booking may use the studio unless agreed beforehand.

Using the Piano & Studio
• Please treat the Yamaha C7 grand piano and all studio equipment with care.
• No food or drinks are permitted near the piano. Keep water securely away from the instrument and recording equipment.
• Please do not place phones, bags, drinks, metal clips or other objects directly on the piano.
• Please do not move the piano, bench, microphones, cables or studio equipment without permission.
• Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult or teacher at all times.
• The studio is intended for piano practice, private teaching and approved music activities. Other uses must be agreed in advance.

Recording
• Standard piano-room hire does not include professional recording services.
• Professional recording, engineering and post-production are available at additional cost and should be arranged in advance.
• Please let us know before your session if you intend to make a professional recording.

Before Leaving
• Please remove all personal belongings and rubbish.
• Leave the piano, bench and room as you found them.
• Please notify us of any damage or technical issues.
