A rectangular studio with high ceilings and a dark timber floor that leaves an open, unobstructed working area. Full-height windows along one side supply plentiful natural light while floor-to-ceiling curtains allow precise light control; a textured feature wall carries illuminated NOIR signage.
Room features: The studio provides an installed PA system and wall speakers for playback and rehearsals, floor-to-ceiling mirrors for choreography and framing, built-in soundproofing to limit external noise, and on-site Wi‑Fi for file transfer or remote collaboration.
Best for: Dance and movement filming, choreography rehearsals and fitness-instruction shoots as well as movement-led commercial video.
What sets it apart: An exposed ceiling rigging grid gives multiple fixed mounting points for overhead lights and suspension.

To maintain Noir Studio’s quality and ensure a smooth experience for all users, please take note of the following rental rules:
1. Booking & Access
• All bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed only upon payment.
• Setup and teardown time must be included within your booked hours.
• Access to the studio is strictly limited to the duration of your booking.
2. Space Use
• The studio may be used for dance, fitness, rehearsals, workshops, photoshoots, or private events only.
• No smoking, vaping, or open flames are allowed inside the premises.
• Food and drinks are permitted only in the lounge area.
• Do not move or remove any fixed equipment without prior approval.
3. Cleaning & Maintenance
• Users are responsible for returning the space to its original condition.
• All trash must be disposed of in the bins provided.
• Please wipe down mirrors, poles, and any equipment used.
• Any damage to the floor, mirrors, poles, or fixtures will be chargeable.
4. Cleaning Fee
A $350 cleaning fee applies to all external rentals.
This covers post-event deep cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of studio equipment.
5. Liability & Conduct
• Users are responsible for the conduct and safety of all participants and guests.
• Noir Studio is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
• Please be respectful of our neighbours — sound levels should be kept reasonable.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
