Noir Studio is a progressive zone where physical activities, creativity, and small events take place. It is perfect for pole, aerial, and heels practice, and it turns into an open studio shortly for rehearsals and workshops.
With an individualized illumination system, an excellent audio system, and different poles to use, you can set up the space in any way that you want. The studio also has mirrors from the floor to the ceiling, nice flooring, a changing area, and a small inviting lounge.

To maintain Noir Studio’s quality and ensure a smooth experience for all users, please take note of the following rental rules:
1. Booking & Access
• All bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed only upon payment.
• Setup and teardown time must be included within your booked hours.
• Access to the studio is strictly limited to the duration of your booking.
2. Space Use
• The studio may be used for dance, fitness, rehearsals, workshops, photoshoots, or private events only.
• No smoking, vaping, or open flames are allowed inside the premises.
• Food and drinks are permitted only in the lounge area.
• Do not move or remove any fixed equipment without prior approval.
3. Cleaning & Maintenance
• Users are responsible for returning the space to its original condition.
• All trash must be disposed of in the bins provided.
• Please wipe down mirrors, poles, and any equipment used.
• Any damage to the floor, mirrors, poles, or fixtures will be chargeable.
4. Cleaning Fee
A $350 cleaning fee applies to all external rentals.
This covers post-event deep cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of studio equipment.
5. Liability & Conduct
• Users are responsible for the conduct and safety of all participants and guests.
• Noir Studio is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
• Please be respectful of our neighbours — sound levels should be kept reasonable.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
