Things to Note:
Studio time is inclusive of setup, test shoots, makeup, and wrap-up time.
The hirer is required to return the studio in its original condition and vacate punctually at the end of the session.
The studio opens 5 minutes before the booked start time.
Please do not arrive earlier, as the studio may be locked or occupied by prior sessions.
Extension of the session is subject to availability.
The session start time is based on the booked slot, not the hirer’s arrival time.
Please check with us in advance if you are unfamiliar with the studio location.
The studio will not be responsible for delays caused by difficulty locating the studio.
A cleaning and/or damage fee may be charged if the studio is not returned to its original condition or if any items are damaged during the session.
Please be advised that the studio is not soundproof. Due to its location within an industrial area, ambient noise may occur during sessions.
For shoots requiring minimal noise interference, we recommend scheduling bookings after 6:00 PM.
