Well equipped. Lena is very prompt and friendly. The whole space is very cosy and no worries about disturbing neighbours. Location is convenient, plenty of parking areas so great for gatherings when your friends drive. Love the board games that Lena thought fully setup for us. So fun.
Location on Google maps was not accurate so we circled around a bit. Follow the IG instructions wonā€™t go wrong. Iā€™ve uploaded a map of the building with unit numbers too :)

Cosy and pleasant venue with Aircons, kitchen appliances, electrical appliances and own washroom. Owner was friendly and prompt response to any enquiry. Location also quite convenient due to coffeeshops, supermarkets are just below the block.

It's a nice and cozy plaze with affordable price. There is also a big supermart at level 1 so you can buy stuff for your event downstairs. Location is walking from Lavender mrt, it's central area.
