Lena was a very friendly, chill and helpful host, allowing me to come to the venue twice ahead of time (once to check out her place and the second to set up decorations). She was flexible about the arrangements e.g. removing the tapestries and provided things I needed for putting up the decorations; there was also ample space (standing and sitting) for our group. We loved the karaoke and the one-way window in the storage room was also perfect for executing a surprise!

Do note that there is no water cooler, so guest will have to bring their own water or buy it from downstairs. She provides a water boiler but you’d have to remember to boil water in advance.

Very clean. Has all the amenities and comforts for hosting a celebration. The big TV is a very big plus, enabling the displaying of information, images and airing of video, just need to bring your own device to play it.

Location can be hard to find at first and confusing but after going there once, it's actually very accessible from public transport. Lift access is possible but would need to utilise the one and Kitchener Complex and travel a distance via the connecting bridges.

Yes. Otherwise, it is perfectly fine to bring your own refreshments. There are also many eateries and three supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient to self-help.

When you arrive, you can retrieve the key to the unit from the lockbox on the left.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
