About this space

Verandah Pool Deck — Private outdoor space in Momentus Hotel Alexandra defined by a rooftop poolside pavilion that frames a sheltered bar and dining area.

Design: The structure shows dark timber slats and tall white columns arranged around an open-plan deck, producing clear vertical lines against the sky. The deck uses patterned tile and planted pots, and the rooftop position provides abundant natural light and broad city skyline views.

Features: The space provides direct access to the surrounding swimming area and a swim-ready deck. A PA system and speaker inputs allow hosts to play their own music, and venue Wi‑Fi is available. The area is step-free and wheelchair accessible and is served by accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Groups seeking a relaxed, social poolside reception or an informal seated meal in an open-air rooftop setting.

What guests say: The pool is frequently highlighted as the venue's standout installation, noted for modern finishes and an infinity-edge feel. The rooftop deck offers clear city views that enhance evening gatherings.
