Set in the heart of NTU at North Spine Plaza, PEN & INC is a vibrant Tex-Mex and Southwestern restaurant, bar and private event space — a relaxed, characterful setting that blends bold flavours with a warm, welcoming ambience.

Dine with us. Enjoy all-day dining — grain bowls, signature burgers, pizzas, pasta and Southwestern classics — alongside a full bar and our famous lava cake. A favourite for students, faculty, alumni and visitors catching up over lunch, dinner or drinks.
