Host rules

A "no footwear" policy is in effect within the venue.

Treat all facilities with care. Any damage to or loss of items may incur replacement fees based on their value.

Decorations are permitted; however, only Blu Tack may be used for affixing items. Do not use mounting tape, nails, glue, or any adhesive that could cause permanent damage. All decorations must be removed before departure. This includes any external decoration, such as on doors or shoe racks.

All activities should be confined to the designated space. The use of loud music, shouting, screaming, or engaging in rowdy or violent behaviour is prohibited. Please maintain a reasonable noise level, similar to what you would expect at a restaurant or bar.

Smoking, Shisha, vape or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the event space. Smoke detectors are installed within the unit and triggering them will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and potential additional fees.

Do not tamper with electrical switches. Kindly ensure power outlets are not overloaded to prevent any electrical outages.

The space must be vacated on time, unless a confirmed extension has been arranged with our team prior to your booking.

Do not use the following items for any other purpose than it was originally intended. Kindly reinstate any movement of furniture after your booking.

In the event that an item is not serviceable, the Management reserves the right to replace or exchange the item it deems of equivalent value.

Pets are not allowed on the premises. Unauthorised pets will incur a $150 fine and a $120 heavy-duty cleaning fee, in addition to any costs for damage caused by the pet.

Ensure all doors are securely locked upon departure. In case of theft or break-ins due to unsecured access, additional damages may be recoverable.
