Things to Note:

Studio time is inclusive of setup, test shoots, makeup, and wrap-up time.
The hirer is required to return the studio in its original condition and vacate punctually at the end of the session.

The studio opens 5 minutes before the booked start time.
Please do not arrive earlier, as the studio may be locked or occupied by prior sessions.

Extension of the session is subject to availability.

The session start time is based on the booked slot, not the hirer’s arrival time.
Please check with us in advance if you are unfamiliar with the studio location.
The studio will not be responsible for delays caused by difficulty locating the studio.

A cleaning and/or damage fee may be charged if the studio is not returned to its original condition or if any items are damaged during the session.

Please be advised that the studio is not soundproof. Due to its location within an industrial area, ambient noise may occur during sessions.

For shoots requiring minimal noise interference, we recommend scheduling bookings after 6:00 PM.

Very nicely put together props and background which we needed for a shoot. Different backgrounds in 1 space. Oriental theme and Japanese themed space were nicely furnished.
Space was cram for the place we’ve booked. different background all around. Unexpected as I thought there would be more space. Rather difficult for us to find the space as there were no signs, thankfully some guys outside the studio assisted.

Versatile studio for video and photo shoots. Light stands, c-stands, some lighting equipment available for use. Will definitely hire again for different themed shoots.
The other tenants in the 1st floor can be unpredictably noisy after 10am. Not recommended for audio recording situations where there needs to be dead silence for long duration, but still very manageable for casual speech recording. This Chinese set requires us to climb a flight of stairs (no lift access).
