At Toys4Rent, we offer a thoughtfully designed, kid-friendly party space at a budget-conscious price, especially important in today’s high-cost climate.
We’ve been part of the kids' party scene in Singapore since 2009, and our venue reflects years of experience. Located in a corner unit of a point block, the main party area is 910 square feet and sits right at lift level—no stairs, no hassle.
Inside a city fringe light industrial area, you'll enjoy excellent accessibility and a wealth of affordable parking options, it is truly hassle-free parking and hassle-free loading/unloading, and a lift landing venue.
Whether you are an event organizer, searching for a private party venue, a freelance photographer, an e-commerce business, or the next TikTok star, the Toys4Rent event venue offers a space that is warm, inviting, and comfortable.

- 4 modern high-gloss wooden tables (180cm x 80cm), each seating up to 10
- L-shaped bar counter (2.2m) and a 120cm heavy-duty foldable table for catering

All furniture and toys are easy to move, so you can set up the space however you like.
Prices
- A 50% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
- Full Payment is required on your event date.
- Please add any special requests at the time of booking.
- In the case of vomit found within the venue, shared public spaces or corridors, an additional cleaning fee of $100 may apply.
- Minimum four hours booking is applicable for weekend, from Friday evening to Sunday evening only.
- Minimum booking for Weekdays is two hours.
- Price for half a session is $360

Host rules
- No confetti or streamers and no candles apart from birthday candles.
- Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the event space and in all corridors.
- You may bring alcoholic beverages to the venue, but you are not to bring or consume alcohol outside the venue.
- Any form of sexual activity or drug use is strictly prohibited.
- Refrain from using strong mounting tapes, nails, glue, or any adhesive that may damage surfaces or be difficult to remove. Instead, use 3M command non-stain adhesive. Additional charges may apply for reinstatement.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
