The location is convenient for both public transport users and those who drive. There is ample parking available, and it is close to the MRT station. The property is clean, offers good value for money, and the owner is accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
One area for improvement is the rear entrance. Most attendees arriving from the MRT or car park naturally reach the back door first and were confused when they found it locked, as access is only through the front entrance unless the rear entrance is booked separately (there is a separate room at the back). It would be helpful if the owner could recommend booking the rear entrance for one-time events. Also, the branding stickers cover most of the glass, making it difficult for first-time visitors to locate the venue. Opening the curtains during the event or providing clearer signage outside would make it much easier for guests to find.

The place is very accesible by public transport. There are also ample parking spaces in front of the venue. Venue is very clean and we could use the chairs and tables there. The space was suitable for our event. I like how the dimness of the lights can be adjusted.
