Full Payment Required: All bookings must be paid in full to confirm the slot.
Availability Check: Please enquire to confirm availability before booking. Bookings made without our confirmation are not guaranteed.
Setup & Cleanup: All setup and teardown must be completed within your booked time.
Cleaning Fee: A $150 cleaning fee will apply if the space is not returned in its original condition.
Damage & Loss: Any damages or missing items will be chargeable to the renter.
Overtime Charges: Overtime is billed hourly at 1.5x the standard rate.
Public Holiday Surcharge: Bookings on public holidays are charged at 1.5x the base rate.
Event Deposit: A $150 security deposit is required for events and gatherings, collected during handover.

• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in or around the studio.
• Studio Updates: The setup of the studio will be updated every 3-4 months without prior notice.
• Setup and Cleanup: All setups and cleanups must be completed within the booked time slot. Additional charges may apply for overtime.
• Damage and Loss: Any damage or loss of studio equipment or furnishings will be charged to the renter.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
