Prices
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to confirm and secure the booking. Availability must be confirmed by Pasaring Studio before payment. Bookings made without confirmation are not guaranteed.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
All payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval.
3. Booking Duration (Setup & Cleanup)
All setup, event time, and cleanup must be completed within the booked hours. Early entry or late exit is not permitted unless an additional hour is booked.
4. Overtime Charges
Overtime is charged at 1.5× the hourly rate, calculated in 30-minute blocks and subject to availability.
5. Cleaning & Studio Condition
The studio must be returned in its original condition. A cleaning fee of up to $150 may apply if excessive cleaning is required (e.g. spills, stains, grease, confetti, food waste, strong odours). Deep-cleaning fees may apply for heavy cooking such as frying.
6. Damages & Loss
Any damage or missing items will be charged at repair or replacement cost. Undeclared damages may incur additional charges.
7. Security / Event Deposit
A $300 refundable security deposit is required for events. The deposit will be refunded after inspection if the studio is returned in good condition.
8. Surcharges
Public holiday bookings are subject to a 1.5× surcharge. Bookings extending past midnight may incur additional charges.
9. Noise & Conduct
Excessive noise or behaviour triggering building security intervention is not permitted. Pasaring Studio may end the booking early without refund if rules are breached.
10. Pets Policy
Pets are only allowed with prior written approval and on a case-by-case basis. Building regulations apply.
11. House Rules
Shoes-off policy applies unless approved. Restricted areas must not be accessed. Building rules must be followed.

• Full Payment Required: Full payment is required before all booking slots are confirmed.
• Availability Inquiry: Please send us an inquiry to check the availability of the space before booking. Bookings made without personal confirmation from us do not guarantee a confirmed reservation.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in or around the studio.
• Studio Updates: The setup of the studio will be updated every 3-4 months without prior notice.
• Setup and Cleanup: All setups and cleanups must be completed within the booked time slot. Additional charges may apply for overtime.
• Damage and Loss: Any damage or loss of studio equipment or furnishings will be charged to the renter.
