The studio is well maintained, it comes with natural sunset rays, if the weather is good. Very clean. We didnt use much of the studio's equipment so we can quite comment on it, but theres a portable steamer too.
I think its a nice studio, but quite pricey in my opinion, with the surcharge and cleaning fee adding up to a total of $400 for 4 hours. I actually spent some time to clean up the studio before i leave, personal habits, but thinking back, I should not need to because I am already paying for the cleaning fees(in advanced). I think 80/85 per hour would be a good range, OR 90 per hour including cleaning fees maybe. And genuine question, what is the surcharge portion after 7pm for? Other than the price, it is very well maintained.

It was a beautiful studio and I like to compliment Samuel for being helpful and responsive. Sound was great, ambience was lovely for our journaling workshop.
High cost as we had to pay another $100 since we were calling a buffet in.
