The venue is quite quiet and neat. The landlord is very nice. Let me enter in advance to decorate the room. And respond to my questions timely 👍👍👍
Definitely a great place to hold an intimate event like ROM solemnisation/celebration with close friends and family. The host, Quan Soon and his wife are very kind and patience with my enquiries, and also very accommodating to our needs. The place was cozy and comfortable for ard 30 pax for my booking, thanks a lot QS! :)
Host is very responsive and patience with my enquires. Booked the place for ROM solemnization for 30 guests. Very cozy,spacious and instagrammable. There is an open space carpark just beside the building. Good for those who are driving. Steffi is very good in decorating the venue based on my request. I also get to choose my own caterer. Will definitely book again if I am hosting any party in the future. Keep up the good job👍
Booked the venue for our wedding celebration yesterday, Quan Soon was very kind and very accomodating to our needs. His wife did the effort of putting the decorations for our wedding which made the room more idyllic. Prior to the event, they let us double or triple check the place beforehand too.

Situated at Joo Chiat Road, this space is both cosy and funky at the same time. A space that's able to transform for any occasion and it's perfect for art jammings, corporate events, dance, fitness, video shoots, parties, photography, team offsites, wedding, workshops and even co-sharing working space.
Suitable for 5 to 40 pax but with social distancing, we recommend 5 to 25 pax depending on the occasion.
Note: Maximum pax depends on purpose of use and regulations set by the government.
