About this space
The Canvas is Maison Garden’s private event space. It’s about 700 square feet and works well for up to 40 seated guests if you’re taking the whole room.
You’ve got white columns, black timber beams, and full-height glass panels, so there’s a lot of natural light coming in and greenery just outside. It’s pretty much a blank setup, so you can shape it around whatever you’re planning—brand launches, team sessions, or more personal events like showers and small celebrations.
It’s fully air-conditioned and comes with the basics sorted. There are Bluetooth speakers, furniture, and a backdrop frame already included. If you need more, things like a screen, projector, mic, or extra tables and chairs can be added on. There’s also free parking on-site, which makes things easier for guests.
You can also keep things in-house if you want. Florals are handled by The Florté, and catering comes from The Slow House café, whether you’re after light bites, drinks, or a full sit-down meal.
Booking is flexible. There’s a minimum two-hour hire, with half-day and full-day options, and weekday rates are a bit different from weekends.
Prices
Hourly hire starts from $250/hr on Monday to Thursday, with a minimum of two hours. Friday through Sunday and public holidays are $300/hr.
Half-day and full-day packages offer better value. A six-hour weekday slot is $1,250 and a six-hour weekend slot is $1,550. Full-day hire is $2,350 for twelve hours on weekdays and $2,850 on weekends and public holidays.
Weekday Studio Offers are available Tuesday to Thursday and Friday afternoons. The Lunch & Connect package is $550 for three hours (up to 20 pax, 11am to 2pm) with $100 Slow House F&B credit included. The Studio Half Day is $750 for four hours with $150 F&B credit. The Studio Full Day is $1,800 for eight hours with $300 F&B credit. These packages are designed for corporate off-sites, brand workshops, press previews and private dining.
Half-day and full-day packages include the option to top up discounted F&B credits, redeemable on food and beverages, florals, décor and activities.
All bookings include free all-day parking, Bluetooth-enabled sound system and full air-conditioning. In-house floral styling by The Florté and catering from The Slow House café are available on request. External catering is permitted with a $150 fee. Alcohol is allowed until 11pm with a $28 corkage fee per bottle.
A mandatory cleaning fee applies.
