About this space

River Room is a Function Room in Yates York and is defined by large, street-facing windows that provide plentiful natural light.

Design: The room uses a contemporary pub palette of teal-painted walls, warm wood-effect flooring and upholstered booths that create a practical, casual interior. The ceiling is low-to-medium height with recessed downlights and slender painted columns that divide the seating areas.

Ideal for: Groups seeking a relaxed, social gathering that mixes standing reception space and informal seated dining.

What guests say: The River Room has a lively but controlled atmosphere and steady music. The River Room provides attentive service and comfortable seating that suits both daytime and evening visits.
