Full Venue (Exclusive Hire) at Albert's Schloss, Birmingham
About this space
Our venue is available to book for exclusive hire on Sundays to Wednesdays. The maximum capacity is 710 x guests including our private function room Ludwig's Tavern (upstairs) along with our outdoor terrace. We have welcomed groups looking for pre-conference opening parties, theatre press nights and private Christmas parties.

Schnacks Menu (5x items pp) from £20 per person - Minimum of 20 guests
Smorgasbord Menu (Finger Food) from £32.50 - Which includes a glass of prosecco or a bottle of Budvar pp
Bowl Food - 4 Bowls per person: £32.50 - Minimum order 30 Bowls (PER FOOD OPTION)

Guests under 18 are not allowed after 18:00
Host rules
• 21 WEEKEND/CHALLENGE 25: On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday after 6:00pm, we operate an over 21-year-old policy.
• GROUP BOOKINGS: Albert wants everyone to have a fantastich time but unfortunately, he doesn’t allow hen and stag parties, those in fancy dress, large sporting groups, large single sex groups or teams. We encourage all large groups to contact us and book in advance to avoid the risk of disappointment. If we deem a member of your group to be intoxicated, we reserve the right to refuse entry. As a licensed venue, we reserve the right to refuse entry based on any of the above reasons. Decisions on entry are made at the door at the time of arrival.
• DRESS CODE: Albert requests that guests dress appropriately for our regal namesake; no gym wear or overly casual attire.
• CELEBRATIONS: Please note that we do not accept balloons, sashes/veils, fancy dress, table decorations etc.
• TIMINGS: Please note that your booking will only be held for 15 minutes from your confirmed arrival time. After this, we will release your space. If you’re running late then please let us know.
