• 21 WEEKEND/CHALLENGE 25: On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday after 6:00pm, we operate an over 21-year-old policy.
• GROUP BOOKINGS: Albert wants everyone to have a fantastich time but unfortunately, he doesn’t allow hen and stag parties, those in fancy dress, large sporting groups, large single sex groups or teams. We encourage all large groups to contact us and book in advance to avoid the risk of disappointment. If we deem a member of your group to be intoxicated, we reserve the right to refuse entry. As a licensed venue, we reserve the right to refuse entry based on any of the above reasons. Decisions on entry are made at the door at the time of arrival.
• DRESS CODE: Albert requests that guests dress appropriately for our regal namesake; no gym wear or overly casual attire.
• CELEBRATIONS: Please note that we do not accept balloons, sashes/veils, fancy dress, table decorations etc.  
• TIMINGS: Please note that your booking will only be held for 15 minutes from your confirmed arrival time. After this, we will release your space. If you’re running late then please let us know.

I organised a surprise birthday party and we had a blast. The staff were soo good and fun that really made our experience so much better and we had a lot of fun time at the venue. The music was excellent and the space was perfect. (Keep in mind that the space is aimed at larger groups and if you have too many people cancel last minute like it happened in my case you might struggle meeting the min spend).
The catered food menu is quite restrictive; you either have a smorgasbord or you don't, which made it quite difficult for some people to order anything, and more than half of our guests decided to make other food plans before the event. While I understand that you can't really sit down and have a proper menu, I wish there was more flexibility and customisation with that process. There were also quite a few of the dishes in the smorgasboard that weren't that great and were left uneaten leading to wastage. In the end, the staff were really accommodating and did their best to provide an awesome exeprience. It's just Schloss's policy that seems more focused on what's easy for them rather than what's a good experience for customers.
