Features: The studio includes a built-in PA system and speakers, permits own music and allows external DJs, and provides guest Wi‑Fi and step-free access. Natural daylight enters through high windows.

Respect the Space: Treat the studio and its equipment with care. Any damage will be charged to the booking party.
Cleaning Up: Please leave the space in the condition you found it. All rubbish must be removed, and equipment should be returned to its original position.
Time Management: Ensure you start and finish your event on time. Late departures will incur additional charges.
Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, to ensure we respect our neighbours and other guests.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the studio. A designated smoking area is available outside.
Event Type: All parties and events must be declared at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation. Events where most guests are under 25 require additional safeguarding measures, including parental or responsible adult contact, risk assessment, and where necessary SIA-licensed security. Bookings may be declined if these requirements are not met.
Emergency Procedures: Familiarise yourself with emergency exits and procedures. In case of an emergency, follow the outlined safety protocols.
Insurance Compliance: All events will be classified under insurance as high-footfall, so please ensure adequate insurance coverage for your activities.
No Alterations: Do not make any physical alterations to the space or install fixtures without prior approval.
Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol and illegal substances is prohibited unless prior consent is granted for specific events.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

The projector requires HDMI. Devices without built-in HDMI need the appropriate HDMI adapter; otherwise, the projector will not work.
Yes, a bouncy castle and small ball pit can be accommodated depending on the layout. Many clients choose to have them for a set time period to allow comfortable space for tables and seating, and we can plan this with you.
