● Please make sure that all members of your group are aware of your start and finishing times and vacate the premises on time.
● All hirers must leave rooms used in a clean and tidy state and as they were found. All rubbish should be placed in the appropriate bins (general waste, recycling).
● The hirer should check that there is adequate furniture at the time of booking. The hirer shall ensure that all group members are acquainted with fire evacuation procedures.
