The room is a purpose-built lecture theatre finished in neutral tones, featuring carpeted floors, acoustic wall panelling and bright overhead lighting.
Room features: The room has a ceiling-mounted projector, a large flatscreen display, an integrated PA system and conference-call equipment. A whiteboard and flipchart are also provided.
Best for: Lecture-style presentations and speaker-led training.

By submitting your enquiry to book a room or make use of our rooms you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Our Administrative Team will review booking requests and provide an email confirmation once accepted. All room bookings will be classed as provisional until written confirmation of the booking has been received. All confirmed bookings will contain the chargeable rates and room details. A purchase order number will be required for all externally chargeable bookings. The Trust operates a strict “no purchase order number, no invoice” policy; without a purchase order number the booking will not be confirmed.
Third party personal insurance and liability
UHB Education Centres shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to property arising out of the holding of an event even if secured in our cloak room or storage facilities.
UHB Education Centres shall not be responsible for any injury which may be incurred by any persons during the holding of a function arising from any cause whatsoever.
Payment
Invoices will be sent within 28 days of the event finishing and require a purchase order number in advance of the booking.
Payment is required in pound sterling (£) only. Payment should be received in full within 30 days of the invoice being issued.
Charges and penalties
UHB Education Centres reserve the right to charge the organisation or event lead with the whole cost of repairs, maintenance or cleaning, including bank charges, for any damages or spillages regardless of intent.
Food, drink and smoking
You may not, nor any member of your party, bring food or drinks into any rooms within the UHB Education Centre premises. All catering should be booked with our onsite contract caterers. Details of the catering department can be shared on request.
Smoking is prohibited across all UHB NHS Foundation Trust (The Trust) areas apart from the shelters designated for smoking.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
Queen Elizabeth Education Centre is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
