• Exclusive hire is subject to availability and agreed minimum spend requirements
• A deposit is required to secure the booking. The date will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed in advance of the event
• Food choices and any required pre-orders must be confirmed by the agreed deadline
• Minimum spend is based on the agreed food and drink spend for your event. Any shortfall will be charged as a venue hire fee
• All food and drink must be purchased through Morton's unless agreed with us in advance
• Entertainment, including DJs or live music, must be agreed with the Morton's team before booking
• Decorations are welcome, but confetti, table scatter and anything fixed to walls, ceilings or furniture are not permitted unless agreed in advance
• Any external suppliers must be approved by Morton's before the event
• Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, fixtures or fittings during the event
• Our usual licensing conditions apply, including the responsible service of alcohol
• Event timings, including access for set-up and the finishing time, will be agreed when confirming your booking
• A discretionary service charge will be added to the final bill
• Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking
