Birthday Party Venues for Rent in Toronto, ON

I hosted a big birthday party at this venue and could not have been happier with the experience. I was obsessed with how beautiful the space looked from the moment we walked in. It was incredibly spacious and already so well furnished and decorated that I barely needed to bring any additional decor myself. The venue had everything we needed for the party: great speakers, a projector, microphone, fridge, and such a well set up bar area for hosting guests. It also had dimmable lighting for each area, which let us completely customize the vibe throughout the night. Another thing that’s often overlooked at venues is the washrooms, but they were fantastic here as well. There were multiple stalls so there was never a long wait, and everything was extremely clean. On top of the space itself, the host was amazing to work with. Yahli was super responsive, incredibly helpful whenever I had questions, and walked me through everything thoroughly which made the whole process feel stress-free. I truly could not recommend this venue enough and will absolutely be booking here again in the future.

This was a great space to throw a private birthday party as it was big enough to host the 24 of us but not so big that everyone kind of split off into groups, so we all hung out and whatnot. The fact that loud music was permitted overnight is what drew me to the place. MJ was super professional (but not cold) and understanding, and rightfully had her reservations about allowing my booking through. I explained and kept to my word that we wouldn’t be disrespectful to the space and were just looking to get together and have fun, and she allowed us. We really appreciate it, because everyone had an amazing time! I would definitely book again, just for the sake of taking photos too because the studio is really chic and decently equipped (though we hid away the equipment so nothing would be at risk of damage haha).

Rented this space for my birthday party and had a great experience overall. Communication with Andy was top-notch, and he was always prompt with responding. He also made sure to give me a full rundown as soon as I arrived about some of the amenities like the TV and Bluetooth speaker system, which I really appreciated. The room is quite spacious, and I loved how there were multiple washrooms available to accommodate guests. This is seriously such an ideal space, and it's great how accessible it is since it's so close to public transportation as well. I'll definitely be rebooking for any events I host in the future!

I hosted my 35th birthday party at Ahma and was extremely happy with everything! The venue was stunning (+washroom was kept clean throughout the night which I really appreciated), the staff (shoutout to Sarah) were super accommodating and made everything so easy throughout the whole planning process + execution, the food was delicious and the price for everything was very reasonable. I cannot say enough - my whole experience was 10/10 - would highly recommend! Thank you Ahma for making my Bday party a dream come true :)

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish at TacoTaco. We threw a 1970s style birthday party complete with a band, and the Moonlight Lounge was the perfect venue. Easy to find for our guests, easy to access for our parents and easy for the band to bring in their equipment. The food was delicious, the colourful lighting added to the evening (especially the dancing), and Luan was very accommodating about us putting up our own decorations. The selfie ring light was such a simple addition to the party and our guests (especially the kids) loved it. Planning the party was easier than expected. I'd talked to a few other venues and it was painful to work through logistics with them. Luan was helpful, immediately responsive and extremely easy to talk to. And the final cost was exactly what we expected. I could not recommend TacoTaco highly enough.

Hosted a 30th birthday party at Something in the Water and it was such a success! The venue is absolutely beautiful and well designed for function and flow. Darts at the back were a hit for guests and beer and cocktails were excellent. Can't stress enough how amazing the staff were, Elizabeth especially. They were attentive, accommodating, and fun! Even allowed us to create custom cocktails for the event. Would highly recommend the venue for a future event and hope to return soon.

Tina was an outstanding host. She was extremely friendly and was quick to reply whenever I needed any questions answered. Moreover, the venue was absolutely perfect for my birthday party. Comfortably fit 50-60 people. Equipped with chairs and tables. Great location and many parking spaces. Would love to book another party at this venue :)

First off, Luan made the entire process extremely easy. He is very communicative, responds quickly to emails, answers all of our questions, and very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend working with him because he will make the entire process so much easier for you. We needed some extra tables and chairs, and Luan had the staff bring everything in and set it up the way we had wanted it. The facility is just like pictured. Our guests had a great time, and everyone said they loved the vibe of the space. Inside, there's a plant wall that can act as a photobooth with a ring light, a bar, a stage for karaoke if you wish, a great sound system, tables and chairs and a couch for sitting. I also love there is a side entrance and exit to the lounge so your guests do not have to go through the main restaurant to access the lounge. Also love that the washroom facilities are private for guests using the lounge. The food was tasty, particularly the pizzadilla. A lot of guests really loved it. Luan and the venue also ensure there were vegetarian options for our veg friends, and put meat for the nachos on the side as I had requested. The food came out on time and laid out in a buffet style, with tags for each corresponding item. I really appreciated that level of thoughtfulness.
