Foy House, with its remarkable architecture from 1888 and modern conveniences, presents a variety of spaces to accommodate your requirements.
Our venue offers a versatile and welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for private or corporate parties, intimate wedding celebrations, refined dining experiences or professional conference setups. We strive to ensure a smooth experience by providing a range of resources and amenities. These include audiovisual equipment, high-speed internet, a dedicated event staff, flexible seating arrangements, catering services, breakout rooms, whiteboards, flip-charts, and printing and copying facilities.
Our first floor includes the Norman Bethune Allen Lounge, the Jill Timmins Lynch Boutique and the Foy Ballroom. The first floor can sit up to 60 guests. The Foy Ballroom offers multiple configurations: theater-style seating, open dance floor or yoga or banquet-style dining. Use first-floor lounges for additional breakout rooms or conversation space.
Please be aware that although Foy House boasts a unique and enchanting ambiance, it's important to note that the venue is not accessible to individuals who require barrier-free access due to several stairs leading to the front door.

Host rules
- No smoking on the property - anyone who wishes to smoke must stay on the sidewalk.
- No candles or open flames.
- Alcohol requires a special event permit. We can apply on your behalf (fees apply).
- Any events held for commercial purposes or rentals by a business entity require English Testing Canada (ETC) Ltd. to be added to the renter's commercial liability insurance.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
