My fiancé and I chose the MEZCALERO for our engagement party for we loved the energy and our past experiences here. Our hosts were amazing! They were professional, helpful, engaged, and kept the energy high throughout our event. We are grateful for the great service experience that they have given us and our guests.
Though we enjoyed the great customer service that was given, sadly, there were some let downs. The last thing you’d expect from a restaurant is for the food to be an issue. As we had our preselected menu for our guest, there were somethings that went wrong. We received one item that was the opposite that we wanted; we choose option 1 instead of option 2 for allergy reasons, but we’re still given option 2. One of our main dishes were missing an item that was suppose to be included. Also, there was one dishes that was completely forgotten. It was sad to see that most of our guest left the event still hungry and had to get food elsewhere. My fiance and I still love it here, and will still come, but this was a hard pill to swallow, especially for our engagement party.

We did our wedding reception for 92 people here at the beginning of August.
Kiana and Anthony did a great job overall!
They were extremely accommodating, responsive and really cared about making our big day special!
Our guests really enjoyed it, and loved the food! They were also accommodating of our guests who are vegan, vegetarian or have allergies.
All in all, it was great value for the price. To be able to rent out the full restaurant ay this cost for a whole day (on a long weekend Saturday, nonetheless) in a prime location with high quality food is unheard of! Highly recommended!

The waiting staff were excellent. Turkish guy( forgot his name) was impeccable. Very attentive and friendly to our guests.
They let us stay till we wanted.
Still waiting on deposit back
Some miscommunication with menus but resolved on the day
