PRICING: (Jan-Nov)
WEEKDAY 7am-1am: $100hr
(Monday to Thursday, minimum 2 hours
WEEKEND MORNING: 7am-6pm: $110/hr
(Friday-Sunday, minimum 2 hours)
WEEKEND EVENING: 6pm-1am: $120/hr
(Friday-Sunday, minimum 4 hours)
Cleaning fee: $100
Group fee: $80 (booking of 11-30 people)
RULES:
-Refundable damage deposit of $500.
-alcohol must be moderate (not a place to get drunk)
-No smoking of any kind allowed.
-No cooking allowed
Elevator:
manually operated Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. For weekends and after 5pm we must hire the operator, who charges $20/hr. If you don’t need the elevator guests can take the stairs to the 4th floor.

RULES:
-Client must provide a refundable damage deposit of $500.
-for events, minimum age requirement is 21.
-Moderate Alcohol consumption only, (this is not a place to get drunk)
-Moderate Music volume only, (this is not a nightclub)
-NO smoking of any kind is allowed in the studio.
-NO cooking allowed (any catering and food must be delivered already cooked and only the microwave can be used to warm food)
-NO sparks or flammable objects.
-NO glitter or confetti
-NO Candle wax dripped on floor, furniture or other surfaces
-NO nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls
-All activity must be contained within the unit; no activity permitted in the hallways
-Rescheduling your booking is only allowed within 14days prior to your booking date
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

COVID-19 CANCELATION POLICY:
Cancelations related to Ontario COVID-19 lockdown receive full money back at anytime. cancelations due to clients or guests testing positive for COVID-19 are not entitled to a refund.
PARKING:
The studio doesn't include parking but these are many options nearby
ELEVATOR:
-there is an elevator currently used Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
-The elevator is available after 5pm and on weekends for an extra cost ($20/hr)
MINIMUM AGE:
although we allow all ages, the person booking and responsible of the studio must be 21 years old or older.
