We had a wonderful time at our Christmas party. Communication with Andrea, the event manager, was extremely helpful and efficient, and on the day, the team did a fantastic job. The food and the atmosphere were excellent, it’s a wonderful venue to celebrate.

Andrew was quick to respond and professional in his approach
Once I signed up, Andrew refused to talk on the phone. Whilst I understand Andrew’s motivation and desire to have everything in writing, I had to make many decisions and not having the ability to have a conversation was very frustrating and resulted in my view with unnecessarily way too much food that was left over

Helpful, friendly and available staff. They made everybody feel comfortable and the food and drink service staff was fun and friendly and the on duty manager , Maddy checked that we had all we needed and helped to make our day great. All of our guests have said the food was a fantastic variety and that it was all very delicious!
