• The venue must only be used for the purpose outlined in your booking confirmation.
• Final guest numbers, menu selections, and dietary requirements must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event.
• Minimum spend requirements apply to selected bookings. If the agreed minimum spend is not met, the organiser is responsible for the difference.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted unless approved in writing by venue management.
• Guests must comply with all venue policies and directions from management and staff at all times.
• Foundry Kitchen & Bar operates under the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) legislation. Alcohol service may be refused to any guest who is intoxicated, underage, • or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
• Any guest asked to leave the venue due to inappropriate behaviour will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.
• The organiser is responsible for any damage caused to the venue, furniture, fixtures, or equipment by their guests. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue or hotel.
• Confetti, glitter, open flames, smoke machines, fireworks, or any hazardous decorations are not permitted without prior written approval.
• Decorations must not be attached to walls, ceilings, windows, or fixtures using nails, screws, staples, tape, or adhesives that may cause damage.
• All entertainment, AV equipment, and external suppliers must be approved by venue management before the event.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate an event if venue rules, licensing requirements, or safety regulations are not followed.
