Pleasant communication
Venue and staff are great! Love the overall party vibe. Food platters are expensive and portions not great unfortunately. I spent more than 2K on platters and still not enough food. They were a bit slow in getting the food out and won't accommodate additional food order. Not even sure if all the food went out as a lot of guests weren't able to eat any which is impossible for that amount of platter I ordered. Also, there was no proper control of drinks from the bar, when I opened the tab I said only hot, beer and wine. But they gave soft drinks to guests and charged it in the tab when I already preordered jugs of soft drinks and have this aligned with the main event contact. I also told the event contact to spread the food between function room and bowling lanes and she agreed but that didn't happen either. The main event contact wasn't there on the day of the event so unsure if just a crack on communication. But overall, the celebrant and guests all had a fun night. Love the guy who has the microphone and hosted / guided the 8 bowling lanes. appreciate it, mate!
