* If alcohol is to be consumed at the event, you must use the services of external caterers or bar suppliers who are licensed to supply and serve alcohol.
* Security guards are required for all bookings after 6pm with 1 x guard required for up to 50 attendees, and 2 x guards for up to 100 attendees; security is required 30-minutes prior to the event commencing and 30-minutes after the event concludes with minimum booking of 4 hours.
* Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere within Woollahra Sailing Club, including outdoor areas.
* The event space is located on level 3 of the sailing club with access via stairs only.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

No, the venue does not currently have a sound system installed, but a renovation is planned that will hopefully be complete before the hire date and will include a sound system.
Yes, you can set the tables however you like on the day; it’s completely up to you. The tables are included with the room hire, but staff do not set them up for you.
